Grandparents are an epitome of love and affection. They help us to lead our lives with perfection. Bundles of joy and rays of hope. Every difficult situation, they help us to cope.
What grandparents do in our life, no one else can do! They are like a shady tree. In their soothing lap we can forget all our worries. They are the root of our strong value system. But unfortunately in the pursuit of materialistic gain. We are not giving them due respect which is resulting in more number of nuclear families. To acknowledge their contribution in school our life, tiny lots of our school visited Shiv Ashray Senior citizen, Rohini sec – 9, Elder Home Society , sec-11, Rohini and Trivenidevi Vridh Ashram, Kanjhawala on 11 march 2014. These students sang lovely rhymes for elderly people there and distributed gifts packs soap moisturizer, hair oil, toothpaste, pain relief spray, shampoo etc. The kind gesture of little ones touched their heart. It was a nice learning experience for the students too.
