Proud to be an Indian
To salute the greatness of our national leaders and to
invoke a feeling pride among our young learners, a Hindi Poem Recitation
Competition was organized for the students of class III on 07.08.2014 (Thursday)
on the theme ‘National Leaders’. The poems recited by the little students gave
brief glimpse of the lives of great national leaders like Mahatma Gandhi,
Bhagat Singh, Rani Laxmi Bai, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, Subhash Chandra Bose etc.
Their poems highlighted the sacrifices made by these national leaders who
helped India attain Independence. Students portrayed great confidence which was
applauded by one and all.
