Lets walk with nature

Nature is everywhere. We see it everyday but hardly observe it. We hear it but ignore listening to her sweet calls. On 29-04-13 students of class I were given chance to get closer to nature. Students were taken to the District Park, Pitampura and experienced nature in its best form. Students saw different types of trees, enjoyed chirping of birds and enjoyed breeze that sways trees and flowers. They also noticed, walked closely and relished the serenity of nature.

Colour Day

Colours are a child's best friends. They open the doors of the world of new imagination for them. The energetic and cheerful students of Pre School celebrated colour day on 26-04-13 with great zest. The event was celebrated to acquaint the little cherubs with the concept of colours and objects related to the same.

Talent Hunt

Talent Hunt show held on 23-04-13, Tuesday provided a platform to the students of class II-V to participate in extra curricular activities whether in the area of oratory public speaking, music, dance, art and also believing in to strive for, to believe in and to inculcate perfection to the best of their abilities. House system has been introduced in the school in order to develop the feeling of coordination, healthy competitive spirit, leadership, self esteem among the students and love for others. Students showcased their fine skills in the area of their interest like free style dance, kathak, contemporary, odissi, drawing, comedyacts, singing, playing musical instruments like guitar, table and drums. Audience were also mesmerized to see the Hoopla dance by Rayna Singh, young harmonium player Arnav Aggarwal, dance performance by Mansha Bhatia and the amazing recitation of Krishna Stuti from Bhagwad Gita. The show was a real hit as it can be said without exaggeration that the performance of students at all levels has been praiseworthy.

Close to Nature

To break the monotony of classroom studies.Children of class Pre School were taken to Rambagh, Shalimar Bagh on 23-04-13. Students were very excited as they were close to the nature. They were happy to see the trees, plants , flowers, butterflies etc.They enjoyed the swings and shared their food with their friends. It was the first and interesting activity developed an indispensable bond between the students and the teachers.

Earth day

"Nature is life and life is nature". How true is the saying! Nature and life go hand in hand. Without one, the other ceases to exist. They all interdependent and interrelated. Nature is god's own reflection. This perfection is evident in the beauty of moon, the twinkling stars, the snow topped mountains, the flowing rivers and the seas. Celebrating the beauty of nature, Earth Day was celebrated by Nursery Department on 22-04-13 which included a series activities like colouring and pasting on paper bag, paper tearing, stick puppet making and jute bag decoration by classes Pre School, Pre Primary and I respectively. Portraying their concern for Mother Earth class II made the cut outs of tree with the things they give to the humanity. Also showcasing their creativity and love. The students of class III made beautiful necklace using eco friendly material. All the students happily conveyed the message that Mother Earth should be explored, loved and preserved.
