Mother's Day Celebration (Pre Primary)

“Mother is the name of God in the hearts and life of the children”. To salute mothers for their selfless love and dedication, students of Pre Primary celebrated Mother’s Day on 30 April 2012 and 1 May 2012. They were greeted with warmth by applying tilak. Guest of honour, Ma’am Principal graced the occasion with her esteemed presence. It was followed by cultural programme where the students sang and danced merrily. The entire aura was filled with excitement. The efforts of these tiny tots were lauded by all.

Earth Day (Pre School & Pre Primary)

Earth Day celebrated on 23 April 2012(Monday) for the students of Pre School and Pre Primary. A powerpoint presentation was shown on the recycling of products and trees as our saviour. This activity motivated them to keep the Mother Earth clean and green.

Earth Day Celebration (Class-I)

Earth Day was celebrated in nursery wing on 23 April 2012(Monday)to spread a message amongst the children for conserving the environment in all the ways possible i.e by saving water, electricity, trees etc. Children were told about the importance of Mother Earth to preserve its Eco balance. Children enjoyed doing colouring in the sheet provided to them and decorated it with glitters. This activity helped to sensitize the students towards environment.

Book Mark Making Activity(Class II & III)

A pollution free environment is needed for our survival. If we human beings insist on being thoughtless and careless in our actions, things may become hazardous. So to sensitize our little children on the importance of keeping our planet clean, a book mark making activity was organised for Class II & III on 20th April 2012(Friday). Students wrote slogans on them to mark the occasion of ‘Earth Day’. They decorated them beautifully too. ‘Save Trees’, ‘Save Water’, ‘Grow More Trees’, ‘Conserve Electricity’ etc were the slogans written by the students. ‘Each day is earth day Each hour is earth hour So each little step is a great help’

Nature walk (Class-I)

A nature walk was organised for Class I on 19 April 2012(Thursday). Children were excited about it. They played many games. It was a new learning experience for them. It helped to sensitize and educate children towards nature. They enjoyed their mouth watering food with their peer group. They enjoyed their trip wholeheartedly.

HT craft workshop (Class-II)

Curosity and creativity go hand in hand .
HT workshop was organised for the students of Class II on 20 April 2011(Friday), where they learnt to make finger puppets. The material was brought from home and they gave shape to their imagination aesthetically. They participated enthusiastically and showcased their best work.

Nature Walk (Pre Primary)

Students of pre primary took a stroll through green meadows at park on 18 April 2012(Wednesday). The cheerfulness among children could be sensed since morning. Children loved, the flattering of the butterflies, the chirping of the birds and the pleasant weather. It helped to build a strong bond between the teacher and the students. It was an enjoyable and exciting outing for them.

Nature walk(Pre School)

A funfilled nature walk was organised for Pre School students on 17 April 2012(Tuesday). They played outdoor games and did physical excercises. They all enjoyed the delicious food and learnt to share with their peer group. The trip helped to create a strong bond between the teachers and the students.
