My first day in MPS (Pre School)

Memories of childhood always reminds of the first day at school. Newly admitted students were called on the 30 March 2012 and 31 March 2012 to make them adjusted to the new atmosphere. They enjoyed themselves by taking rides. They were excited and had a gala time.

Orientation Programme

Nursery Orientation programme was organised on 25 March 2012(Sunday) for the parents of newly admitted students. The programme revealed a short glimpse of life at Modern Public School. The show began with ceremonial lighting of lamp by Ma'am Principal and Dr. Aruna Bruta, the guest of honour for the show. The show included various dance performances by students and a play "Red Riding HOOd". The special highlight of the show was parenting tips given by Dr. Bruta in which she advised parents of tiny tots to inculcate good moral values. She emphasised that the parents should shoulder the responsibility of the child that helps to strengthen the family bond. Dr. Bruta also answered the queries of the parents. It was a very informative session for the parents and they certainly learnt how to explore their child's potentiality.

Stepping Ahead Party (Pre Primary)

Children came in formal attires and looked dazzlingly beautiful. They danced around expressing their joy and excitement as they celebrated their last day of being in Pre Primary on 16 March 2012. To give them fond memories of this special day, the teachers gifted beautiful flowers to them and blessed them for their life ahead.

Owl Craft(Pre School)

At the end of the exciting session 2011-12, the tiny tots of Pre School decorated Paper Owls on 9 March 2012(friday)with multicoloured bindis. Children enjoyed doing the activity thoroughly. They were nostalgic of leaving their teacher but happy of being promoted to the next session.

Graduation Ceremony(Pre School)

The celebration was for giving the accolades to the kids. At Modern Public School we work on the holistic development of the child. Students were graduated to Pre Primary. They wore graduation gowns, crowns and received appreciation letters from their teachers. Teachers acknowledged their efforts and all rounders were rewarded. We will pray that their future should filled with happiness and success.

Crayon Shaving Activity(Pre School)

Colours always brings vibrance in one's life. Crayon shaving activity was conducted on 01 March 2012(Thursday)to use them differently. The children pasted the shavings in the pictures of duck. Their craftmanship was appreciated by all.
