General tendency of kids to hog on junk food dispense moms who complain of their child not eating nutritious food, have come to their rescue . Salads are highly nutritious food with lots of minerals and vitamins, which include almost all the vegetables in raw forms. Students ate a healthy vegetable salad during the activity done in class, had a lot of fun mixing the veggies together and were excited to try what they made.

Tip- Letting your child help you in the kitchen is a good way to get your child to try new food.
